Finally, i got the "important" directory from www.obengware.com. The webapps directory makes me wanna cry :) After doing the part 1 and reading this article i can enter the control panel of this site

@Anonymous: your website is down. You don't need a plugin or anything to have your website secured. You just need to examine your codes. Usually using a framework e.g. CakePHP, CodeIgniter (if you build your website in PHP) to build your website will prevent you to have bad coding.
